Return & Refund Policy
- Hitec Malaysia only accept one-to-one exchange or product exchange with same value with following conditions:

Original ReceiptOriginal Set Accessories Free Gift Wrong Item Damaged Product Defective Product - Customer who meets condition above is eligible for return/exchange. You are required to contact our service centre at 03-7842 7185 / 03-7842 7186 within 7 business days following delivery date. If exceeded the 7 business days period, any product parts defect and manufacturing faults should be claimed under manufacturer warranty, based on the Conditions of Warranty stated on the warranty card.
- Customer will need to provide original receipt and take photo of the damage packaging to our service team for exchange arrangement.
- We’ll deliver the replacement product to the customer within 14 days after the wrong/damage/ defective product has been returned to us.
- Hitec Malaysia do not accept refund/exchange due to Change of Mind/Not as Expected.
Cancellation Policy
Hitec Malaysia does not accept any cancellation due to change of mind. Amendments is not allowed after the order has been shipped out. Customer is required to provide the correct delivery details before making the payment.
