• Hitec Malaysia accept delivery to serviceable areas within west Malaysia depending on product specification. Bulky items that exceed 75kg can only be delivered within Klang Valley, Selangor due to courier volumetric/weight restriction.
  • All orders will be processed within 24 hours during business day after verified by Hitec service team and ready to ship out from our warehouse.
  • Orders with multiple items might be shipped out in separate parcel due to courier volumetric/weight restriction.
  • All parcels are delivered by our courier partners, BBB Express. Customer will receive shipping details with tracking number by email once the order has been processed. You may expect to receive your order within 2-6 business day (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday).
    You are required to contact our customer careline at 03-7842 7185 / 03-7842 7186 if you have not received your parcel within the expected delivery time.
  • Shipping time is vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us. The estimated delivery time is only for a reference and may differ from the actual delivery time. Hitec Malaysia shall not be liable for increased expenses or delivery cost, lost of profit/goodwill or any other special, incidental direct or indirect or consequential damages due to late delivery
    or non-delivery of the order.
  • Shipping rates will be calculated based on weight, dimension, origin, destination and will be clearly indicate at the time of checkout.
  • Shipping fees and courier partner(s) are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Self-collect option is only applicable to customer which meets following requirements:
    • Delivery fees will not appear in order receipt for self-collect option.
    • Customer opt to collect order directly from Hitec office at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
    • Hitec Malaysia will prepare the order within 1-3 working days & will contact customer to collect the order.
    • Customer is required to collect the order within 5 days after being informed (“Holding time”). Hitec Malaysia shall not be obliged to supply if customer fail to self-collect order within the Holding Time.
    • Customer is responsible for inspecting the Goods/Order during self-collect and shall report any issues and/or defects before leaving Hitec premises.
